Responsibilities
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Conduct in-home assessments and ensure that patient care meets regulatory and company standards.
- Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.
- Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
- Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – valid and unrestricted RN license in the state of operation.
- CPR Certification.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.
- IV Infusion Therapy Expertise – proficient in administering and overseeing IV infusions, including medications, hydration, and TPN.
- Wound Care – provide wound care including dressing changes, infection prevention, and Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT/Wound VAC management).
- Sales & Business Development Mindset – ability to attract and retain clients and collaborate with referral partners.
- Leadership & Management – strong ability to supervise, train, and mentor nurses, aides, and caregivers.
