Registered Nurse - Infusion

Key Duties

• Support patient and family needs through collaborative care planning.
• Perform intravenous insertions, assessments, and manage peripheral and central lines.
• Utilize equipment such as ultrasound devices and infusion pumps.
• Interpret policies and lab results to ensure safe patient management.
• Communicate patient condition updates and adapt care plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Electronic Health Records.
• Apply evidence-based practices tailored to patient age and clinical needs.
• Work safely with alertness and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school or equivalent.
• State-specific RN licensure (requirements vary by location).
• Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• Relevant specialty certifications such as Oncology, Anticoagulation, Vascular Access, or Infusion Therapy.

Skills

• Excellent communication, teamwork, clinical skills in vascular access, infusion, and patient assessment, with physical ability to perform lifting, standing, and other physical tasks.
