About the Role

The ICU Registered Nurse provides safe, competent nursing care, demonstrating leadership and support to the healthcare team. This part-time position focuses on patient-centered care, ensuring safety, communication, and personalized treatment.

Responsibilities

• Assess psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and diversity needs of patients and families.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, integrating direct and indirect care activities.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care, setting goals, treatment, and discharge plans.
• Perform hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and anticipate patient needs.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN program; current NV nursing license.
• Certificates in BLS and ACLS.
• Preferred: one year of full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care.
• Handle with Care certification or willingness to obtain within six months.
