Registered Nurse - ICU, Full-Time

About the role

Provide patient care in the ICU, utilizing the nursing process and ensuring patient rights and confidentiality. Coordinate care across departments, evaluate care effectiveness, and maintain professional accountability in line with organizational standards and values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the ICU setting.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate care across departments and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold patient rights.

Requirements

• Nursing degree (ASN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN licensure in the state or compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Qualifications

Preferred: At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.

Physical requirements

• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged standing and walking.
• Performing physical movements such as bending and reaching.
