Registered Nurse - ICU, Full-Time

About the Role

This position involves delivering patient care in a fast-paced ICU setting, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care effectiveness while coordinating with other departments and upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU.
• Assess patient needs and evaluate the effectiveness of care.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams and other departments.
• Uphold patient rights, confidentiality, and organizational standards.
• Maintain professional accountability in a high-pressure environment.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license (or eligibility as a Graduate Nurse Resident).
• BLS certification.
• Preferred: 1 year of RN experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various movements.
