Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality patient care
• Lead healthcare team members
• Maintain compliance with standards
• Float to multiple facilities as needed

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
• Two years of acute care experience or completion of an approved specialty course within six months of hire
• Current RN license in Nevada
• BLS certification
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required based on department needs
• Successful completion of pre-employment assessments
