About the role
One Federal Solution is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing and case management support.
Responsibilities
- Assess medical and readiness status
- Develop and monitor care coordination and case management plans
- Career referrals and follow-up care with healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate medical records and case documentation
- Support health assessments, screenings, and readiness events
- Collaborate with military and civilian healthcare professionals
- Monitor case progress and recommend improvements to care management processes
- Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and privacy requirements
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience
- Experience in case management, care coordination, or related healthcare services preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems
Security Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation
- May be required to obtain and maintain a security clearance and access approvals based on contract requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification
- Experience supporting military, federal, or government healthcare programs
