About the Role

Provide specialized care for critically ill newborns in a Level III/IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, family-centered neonatal care.
• Perform comprehensive neonatal assessments.
• Administer medications and therapies.
• Manage ventilators and lines.
• Respond to emergency situations promptly.
• Collaborate with neonatologists and care team members.
• Support parents through education and emotional guidance.
• Uphold safety and infection-control standards.
• Mentor novice staff in a mission-driven, innovative environment.

Requirements

• Valid RN license.
• Experience or knowledge in neonatal intensive care.
• Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Commitment to safety, infection control, and family-centered care.
