About the Role
Provide specialized care for critically ill newborns in a Level III/IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, family-centered neonatal care.
- Perform comprehensive neonatal assessments.
- Administer medications and therapies.
- Manage ventilators and lines.
- Respond to emergency situations promptly.
- Collaborate with neonatologists and care team members.
- Support parents through education and emotional guidance.
- Uphold safety and infection-control standards.
- Mentor novice staff in a mission-driven, innovative environment.
Requirements
- Valid RN license.
- Experience or knowledge in neonatal intensive care.
- Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
- Commitment to safety, infection control, and family-centered care.
