Responsibilities
- Delivering evidence-based, family-centered neonatal care
- Performing comprehensive neonatal assessments
- Administering medications and therapies
- Managing ventilators and lines
- Responding effectively to emergencies
- Collaborating with neonatologists and the care team
- Supporting parents through education and emotional guidance
- Upholding safety and infection-control standards
- Mentoring novice staff in a mission-driven, innovative environment
Qualifications and skills
- Current Registered Nurse license
- Experience or knowledge in neonatal intensive care
- Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Excellent communication and patient-family support skills
