About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans. The role involves working across various units, including cardiac, orthopedic, neurological, respiratory, pediatric, surgical, maternity, and oncology care, with flexibility to float as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Deliver and delegate patient care, ensuring safety and quality standards
• Prepare patients for discharge and ensure documentation compliance
• Assess patient status, coordinate care, and adapt interventions as needed
• Maintain frequent interaction with patients, families, and staff
• Operate monitors and medical equipment proficiently

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years recent ICU or Med/Surg experience
• Current RN license
• BLS certification
• Critical thinking and strong clinical knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Manual dexterity and physical ability to lift and transfer patients and equipment
• Travel flexibility with assignments across multiple regions

Pay

$58–$65/hour
