Registered Nurse iFlex Internal Travel Team Med Surg

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social needs
• Coordinate care with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Create and modify care plans based on assessments
• Deliver or delegate patient care as per guidelines and licensure
• Prepare patients for discharge, including education and referrals
• Maintain compliance with legal standards and document care accurately

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 2 years recent ICU or Med/Surg experience
• Current RN license in practice state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and communication skills
