Role Overview
This position involves providing specialized nursing care in a Neuro Trauma ICU setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead holistic patient care through personalized care plans and clinical monitoring
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for seamless communication
- Advocate for patients by accurately translating physician orders
- Assist in transitioning patients to discharge with thorough assessment and support
Qualifications & Skills
- Must hold a valid RN license from the Kansas Board of Nursing
- Obtain BLS certification within 30 days
- Acquire Advanced Life Support certification within 180 days
- A diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure is required
