About the Role

This position involves providing specialized nursing care in a Neuro Trauma ICU setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead holistic patient care by developing and monitoring personalized care plans, ensuring safe and evidence-based treatment.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to facilitate seamless communication and a unified approach to patient recovery.
• Advocate for patients by accurately implementing physician orders and maintaining high clinical standards.
• Assess and coordinate discharge plans to support patients and families transitioning home.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid RN license from the Kansas Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification within 30 days.
• Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months.
• Requires a diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent licensure.
