Registered Nurse - ICU - Medical

About the role

The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care in Intensive Care Units, assessing, managing, and coordinating patient care activities during hospitalization. They perform age-appropriate assessments, develop and evaluate individualized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing patient assessments, document findings, and establish goals
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with healthcare team
• Provide patient and family education
• Recognize and respond to clinical changes
• Ensure safety and infection control
• Deliver respectful, compassionate service

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed RN in applicable states, with at least one year of experience
• Maintain current certifications (BLS, ALS)
• Demonstrate technical proficiency and adapt to changing demands
• Uphold professional standards
• Effective communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety policies
