Role Overview

The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care in the Intensive Care Units, assessing, managing, and coordinating patient activities during hospitalization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct age‑appropriate assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Evaluate care plans, administer medications, and document patient responses.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and provide patient and family education.
• Ensure safety and infection‑control practices are followed.
• Recognize clinical changes, implement appropriate actions, and participate in performance‑improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed RN in the relevant state with at least one year of RN experience.
• Current certifications such as BLS and ACLS.
• Technical proficiency in ICU nursing procedures.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Adaptability and professionalism.

Physical and Work Conditions
