The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care provides high-quality, patient-centered care in an ICU setting, collaborating within an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform the nursing process with evidence-based practice
- Coordinate care with team members
- Foster relationships with patients and families
- Promote cultural competence
- Support performance improvement and participate in research
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and accreditation requirements
- Contribute to protocol development and optimize resource use
- Deliver individualized care

- Support quality and safety initiatives
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Active RN licensure (single or multi-state)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience
