About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care provides high-quality, patient-centered care in an ICU setting, collaborating within an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process with evidence-based practice
• Coordinate care with team members
• Foster relationships with patients and families
• Promote cultural competence
• Support performance improvement and participate in research
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and accreditation requirements
• Contribute to protocol development and optimize resource use
• Deliver individualized care
• Participate in team collaborations

• Support quality and safety initiatives

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Active RN licensure (single or multi-state)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience
