Registered Nurse - ICU - Full Time

About the role

We are seeking an Experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive patient care in a collaborative 19-bed Critical Care Unit.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
• Ensure care aligns with our mission and standards
• Care for critically ill patients
• Support transitional care
• Develop advanced clinical skills

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience
• Current RN license (Missouri or Compact State)
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• BLS certification (within 30 days of hire)
• ACLS certification
• Any additional unit-specific certifications
