About the role
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for PRN ICU positions in Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a critical care setting, including administering medications and treatments
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Respond promptly to changes in patient status
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience
- Current BLS certification
- Strong critical care assessment and clinical skills
- Ability to pass background screening and onboarding
- Capable of performing duties in a fast-paced acute care environment
