Registered Nurse ICU Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards.
• Lead and support healthcare team members, emphasizing Patient Centered Care.
• Assess psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, cultural, and diversity needs of patients and families.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, including goals, treatment, and discharge planning.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care activities and perform purposeful hourly rounds to enhance safety, communication, and patient needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current Nevada nursing license.
• Current ACLS & BLS certifications.
• Preferably, one year of full-time or three years of part-time acute care experience.
• Handle with Care certification or obtain within six months of employment.
