Full-Time Registered Nurse - ICU

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Responsibilities: Provide compassionate, high-quality critical care to patients with severe and life-threatening conditions. Deliver personalized patient care, monitor and assess patient status, collaborate with healthcare teams, and implement treatment plans. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols. Qualifications & Skills: Valid RN license, strong clinical skills in critical care, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and a compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to dynamic healthcare environments. Key Duties: Assess patient needs, deliver comprehensive ICU nursing care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure safety and comfort of patients. Contribute to continuous improvement of care quality through adherence to policies and best practices.
