Full-Time Registered Nurse - ICU

About the Role

Provide compassionate, high-quality critical care to patients with severe and life-threatening conditions as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized patient care, monitor and assess patient status, collaborate with healthcare teams, and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.
• Assess patient needs, deliver comprehensive ICU nursing care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure safety and comfort of patients.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of care quality through adherence to policies and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid RN license.
• Strong clinical skills in critical care.
