About the role
We are seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) for PRN opportunities in Arlington, VA. This is a W2 employee position in an intensive care unit setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a critical care setting
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and document patient conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Respond to changes in patient status
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility policies
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience
- Current BLS certification
- Strong critical care assessment and clinical skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass background screening and onboarding requirements
