Registered Nurse ICU - Full-Time Days

Role Overview: The ICU Registered Nurse provides safe, competent, and patient-centered nursing care in a dynamic, part-time day shift role. They lead and support the healthcare team while ensuring high-quality clinical standards and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Assess psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs of patients and families.Develop and implement individualized care plans integrating direct and indirect patient care activities.Coordinate interdisciplinary care, including goal setting, treatment, and discharge planning.Perform hourly purposeful rounds to enhance communication, safety, and patient comfort. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited RN program and current Nevada nursing license.Current ACLS and BLS certifications.Preferably one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting.Handle with Care certification or willingness to obtain within six months.
