Responsibilities
- Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards
- Lead and support healthcare team members
- Assess patients and families holistically, considering psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and cultural needs
- Develop and implement individualized care, treatment, and discharge plans
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care for assigned patients
- Perform hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and patient comfort, proactively addressing needs and safety environment
- Demonstrate Service Excellence and Patient-Centered Care principles
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited RN program
- Current Nevada nursing license
- Current BLS & ACLS certifications
- Preferred: ≥1 year full-time or ≥3 years part-time experience in acute care
- Handle with Care certification or ability to obtain within six months
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
