Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity, evidence-based care to complex patients
• Conduct continuous patient assessments and manage hemodynamic and ventilator support

• Support patients' families and ensure clear communication
• Maintain precise and thorough electronic health record documentation

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license
• Strong critical care knowledge and clinical skills
