Responsibilities
- Assigns, educates, and monitors nursing and support staff
- Develops patient care assignments
- Collaborates with advanced practice providers
- Evaluates care effectiveness
- Responds to patient care concerns
- Participates in hiring, training, and staff evaluations
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- At least one year of RN experience
- Current BLS and RN licensure in applicable states
- Physical ability for constant movement, lifting, and communication
- Alertness and safety consciousness
- Night shift availability
- Physical stamina and adherence to safety protocols
