Role Overview
This position involves providing high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in collaboration with the care team, following established standards and models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage."
Key Responsibilities
- Perform procedures, monitor patient status, and document care accurately and promptly.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and lifestyle modifications to promote understanding and self-management.
- Implement evidence-based practices and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and deliver comprehensive treatment plans supporting recovery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an Associate Degree or Nursing Diploma.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications, obtained within 30 days of employment.
- No prior experience required.
- Strong communication skills, clinical knowledge, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
