The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive and compassionate treatment.
Responsibilities
- Perform procedures, monitor patient status, and document care accurately and timely.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and lifestyle changes to promote understanding and self-management.
- Implement evidence-based practices and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care outcomes.
- Coordinate and customize holistic care plans with multidisciplinary teams, advocating for patients to support recovery and well-being.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
- Current RN license in the practicing state or with an active compact license.
- Required certifications: BLS upon hire, ACLS within 1 month, TNCC within 6 months.
- Minimum of 1 year of critical care nursing experience.
