About the role
Per Diem Days Registered Nurse (RN) in ICU
Responsibilities
- Provide high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill adult patients
- Perform ventilator and hemodynamic monitoring
- Administer complex medications
- Collaborate closely with intensivists and interdisciplinary team members
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Support patients and their families
- Respond effectively to emergencies
- Maintain strict safety and quality standards within a patient-first, team-focused environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Current valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in ICU or critical care preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
