About the role
As a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), you will provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. The role requires exceptional clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to handle high-stress situations.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and develop treatment plans
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Document patient progress and communicate with family members and referring physicians
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current RN license in Minnesota
- At least one year of acute care nursing experience
- Experience in an ICU setting preferred

Pay
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
