Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate critical care to patients with severe and life-threatening conditions.Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.Educate patients and families about their conditions and post-discharge care.Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
