Role Overview

Supervises and coordinates nursing personnel across multiple patient care units, ensuring efficient patient care delivery and unit operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee patient care during assigned shifts, maintaining proper staffing levels.
• Supervise team members, monitor performance, and address training needs.
• Document staffing and administrative records while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff and facilitate communication with patients and families.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of a Registered Nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred or actively pursuing within 2 years.
• 1-3 years of relevant clinical patient care experience.
• Licensed RN in applicable states.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
