Registered Nurse - House Supervisor

About the Role

This position supervises and coordinates nursing personnel across multiple patient care units, ensuring efficient patient care delivery and unit operations.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and oversee patient care during shifts.
  • Ensure proper staffing, supervise team members, and monitor performance.
  • Address training needs and provide guidance and support to nursing staff.
  • Facilitate communication with patients and families.
  • Maintain documentation of staffing and administrative records in compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a Registered Nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred or actively pursuing with completion within 2 years.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting.
  • RN licensure in the applicable state(s); registered nurse (RN) credential required.

Schedule

Per diem basis as needed, working from 7 AM to 7 PM.
