Registered Nurse - House Operations Administrator (Evening and Night Shifts)

Position: RN House Operations Administrator Location: Skokie, IL Type: Per diem, full-time Hours: Night and weekend shifts with some holidays Role Overview: The Clinical Nurse Consultant provides expert clinical guidance, staff mentorship, and leads quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include supporting nursing staff, conducting educational sessions, analyzing data, developing evidence-based protocols, and advocating for high-quality care. The role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, addressing patient concerns, and maintaining accurate records. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in nursing (Master's preferred), 5+ years of clinical experience (medical/surgical or critical care), current Illinois RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications.
