About the role
The IPU Registered Nurse provides full nursing care for hospice patients, ensuring the delivery of individualized Plans of Care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial evaluations within 48 hours of referral
- Assess and reassess patients' physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs
- Develop and coordinate care plans
- Document patient progress
- Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain high-quality care regardless of patient background
Qualifications
- Current unrestricted RN license
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and access to reliable transportation
Preferred Skills
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- At least one year of clinical experience
Pay
Hourly pay ranges from $37.00 to $49.00.
