About the role
Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions, administer treatments and medications, collaborate with families and care teams, and educate patients confidently.
Responsibilities

- Educate patients and caregivers on health management and safety
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Current BLS certification
- 1+ year of nursing experience preferred
