About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for Pediatric and Adult patients, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Responsibilities
- Develop and adjust care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Respond to patient condition changes
- Coordinate care and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Current health certification
- BLS card
- PPD or chest X-Ray
- One year of RN experience preferred

- Strong clinical assessment
- Communication and care coordination abilities
- Capacity to respond effectively to patient needs
