About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home healthcare services to Pediatric and/or Adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Initiate and revise care plans based on patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments
- Respond to changes in patient conditions
- Identify opportunities for patient education, care coordination, and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the practice state
- Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification
- Preferably one year of RN experience
Key Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and patient advocacy
- Ability to respond effectively to patient condition changes
- Knowledge of nursing protocols and medication administration
