Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Initiate and revise care plans as needed.
- Perform therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on diagnosis.
- Respond to changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Review care plans for education, care coordination, and discharge planning.
- Provide quality patient care through assessment, planning, and intervention.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Current RN license.
- Health certificate.
- PPD or chest X-ray.
- BLS certification.
- At least one year of RN experience preferred.
