Registered Nurse (Homecare)

Role Overview

Provide dedicated, one-on-one nursing care to pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home setting. Focus on building consistent relationships with patients and families, utilizing clinical judgment in a calm environment with strong support systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care tailored to individual patient needs
• Follow care plans and physician orders accurately
• Maintain safety and infection control standards with PPE and CDC guidelines
• Utilize an easy-to-use employee portal for scheduling and communication
• Participate in ongoing training and competency development

Qualifications & Skills

• Active RN license in the designated state
• Current BLS CPR certification (in-person required)
• Experience with G-tube, trach, vent, or willingness to train
