Mercy Home Health provides home care services. The position is based out of Nazareth Hospital and supports Northeast Philadelphia.

What You’ll Need
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license in the State of Ohio
- At least one (1) year of professional nursing experience, preferably in Home Health
- Phlebotomy and wound care experience required
