Registered Nurse, Home Health
Job Summary
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plans. The position requires prior home health and OASIS experience and participation in weekend on-call rotations. This is a per diem opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care and treatments
- Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor patients' condition
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
Requirements
- Prior Home Health and OASIS Experience Required
- Taking part in weekend on-call rotation required
Qualifications
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- Must have 1 year nursing experience

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse
