This full-time RN / Registered Nurse position is based in Dickson City, PA, serving Wayne and Susquehanna Counties and surrounding areas. It involves being a home health case manager, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting

Requirements

  • Graduation from an approved nursing program
  • Active RN licensure in PA
  • At least one year of RN experience
  • CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle for travel

Pay

The salary range for this position is $87,000 to $100,000 annually, paid on a per-visit basis, with a $15,000 bonus based on experience.

Schedule
