About the role
We are seeking full-time Skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide home care services to patients in the Greater Cassopolis and surrounding areas. Our agency, AdvisaCare, is part of a fast-paced, established Home Health/Medicare division expanding its team.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes
- Manage wound care, including various medical devices and treatments
- Coordinate with other members of the Home Health Team
- Offer education to patients and their caregivers
- Travel within a 30-mile radius of your home
Requirements
- Current Michigan RN or LPN license
- One year of Home Health nursing experience preferred
- Updated TB test and current CPR certification
- Criminal background check and drug screen clearance
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to think critically and adapt to changing situations
