Registered Nurse - Home Health

About the role

We are seeking full-time Skilled Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide home care services to patients in the Greater Cassopolis and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and service to patients in the comfort of their homes.
• Work independently with one patient per visit.
• Engage in real conversations and connections with patients and their caregivers.
• Coordinate with other members of the Home Health Team for holistic patient care.
• Train on advanced wound care procedures such as Wound Vacs, Drains, Tubes, Ostomies, Tracheas, Catheters, Plurex drains, Infusions, and LVADs.

Requirements

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• One (1) year of Home Health nursing experience preferred.
• Updated Tuberculin (TB) test and current CPR certification.
• A clear criminal history and drug screen.
• A compassionate and caring demeanor, with a professional presentation.
• The ability to travel within a 30-mile radius of your home.
• Critical thinking, task competence, and the ability to think on your feet.
