Registered Nurse - Home Health

About the role

We are seeking full-time Skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide home care services. Our agency covers Berrien, Cass, St. Joseph, and Van Buren counties in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and service to patients in the Greater Cassopolis and surrounding areas.
• Work independently with one patient per visit, focusing on one-on-one care and real conversations.
• Engage in real conversations and connections with patients and their caregivers.
• Coordinate with the Home Health Team to ensure holistic and patient-driven care.
• Train on wound care, including advanced procedures such as Wound Vacs, Drains, Tubes, Ostomies, Trachs, Catheters, Plurex drains, Infusions, and LVADs.

Requirements

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• One (1) year of Home Health nursing experience preferred.
• Updated Tuberculin (TB) test and current CPR certification.
• A Clear Criminal History/Drug Screen.
• A compassionate and caring demeanor, with a professional presentation at all times.
• The ability to travel within the service area (approximately a 30-mile radius from your home).
• Critical thinking, task competence, and the ability to think on your feet.

Qualifications

• OASIS Experienced Registered Nurse preferred.
• LPN Skilled Visits available, working under the RN supervision.

• Proficiency in critical thinking and problem-solving.
