Registered Nurse - Home Health

About the role

A Registered Nurse (RN) is needed in a Home Health Care (HHC) setting. The position offers local or travel contract opportunities, with shifts available from 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of HHC and Case Management experience within the last 3 years.
• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS - AHA or Red Cross).
• Valid driver’s license.
