Registered Nurse - Home Care - Weekends (Non-Exempt)

Role: Provides comprehensive home healthcare nursing services, including case management, patient assessments, discharges, patient teaching, dressing changes, IV therapy, access site care, and general skilled nursing following policy and procedure. Responsibilities: Ensures patient safety and appropriate care, assists with home safety needs, and documents all activities accurately using the Epic system. Performs visits on an as-needed basis in a per diem capacity, adhering to department policies. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing school and RN licensure in the applicable state.Valid driver’s license with good driving record and automobile insurance.Minimum of three years nursing experience, including at least one year in a hospital or home care setting.Biannual CPR certification. Skills & Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50#, transfer patients weighing at least 100#, perform bending, reaching, climbing stairs, pushing, pulling, and stand or walk for extended periods. Must be able to drive long distances, handle stress, follow instructions, learn computer systems, and relate well to patients, especially the elderly.
