About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care by applying nursing knowledge compassionately and efficiently, ensuring positive outcomes. Working under general supervision, the role involves:

• Assessing patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate care in their assigned unit
• Developing individualized care plans based on medical history, diagnostic results, and current status
• Preparing and administering medications and treatments for comprehensive patient care
• Reconciling medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
• Monitoring patient responses and adjusting interventions to meet care goals
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team for effective planning
• Performing other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an RN; clinical specialty experience preferred
• Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state; BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
