Registered Nurse - GIG

About the role

We are seeking a flexible Registered Nurse to join our family birthplace department. In this role, you will utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, ensure patient rights and confidentiality, coordinate care with other departments, evaluate the effectiveness of care, and maintain professional accountability.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care.
• Ensure patient rights and confidentiality are maintained.
• Coordinate care with other departments.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of provided care.
• Maintain professional accountability.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure.
• Recent bedside experience: one year for Med Surg, two years for other specialties.
• Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, based on specialty.
• Flexibility and availability on short notice.
• Participation in the Gig Nursing Program.

Schedule

This is a PRN/Flex/Float position offering day or night shifts with no weekend or holiday requirements.

Pay

Competitive incentive pay starting at $40/hour, plus variable shift incentives. Note that this program does not guarantee shifts.
