Registered Nurse - General Medical/Surgical

About the role

Join our team as a full-time, night shift General Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities in compliance with standards
• Delivering age-appropriate care based on patient growth and development principles
• Developing and modifying care plans to ensure effective treatment
• Adhering to policies, procedures, and the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Valid RN license (OK or Multistate)
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire

Preferred

• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN)
